Women's health--particularly menstruation, is incapacitating for the poor and needy if the women do not have access to sanitary products. Here in the US we take for granted the ability to run to almost any grocery store or pharmacy to get what we need, but for the women who do not have that luxury, there lives are greatly interrupted. The younger ones don't go to school, and mothers have difficulty in attending to their families, and completing other chores.
